Games and sports are important part of curriculum.AIRADS embrace this spirit as inculcated in the ministry`s requirements. You are entering a zone of sports. Apart from learning , we also manufacture athletes and ball games champions.
AIRADS takes sports very seriously as this is one of the ways of developing a healthy mind and body, we engage our students in sports activities to exploit their talents. We hold a joint
sports day for all campuses at least once a term.
Qualitative research may be able to provide an answer as to why adults and children do or do not participate in sport and physical activity. This paper systematically examines published and unpublished qualitative research studies of Kenya children’s and adults’ reasons for participation and non-participation in sport and physical activity. The review covers peer reviewed and gray literature from 1990 to 2004.
(b) Talent Development
We have a passion for developing talent of our students which has culminated in the exploiting them commendably, We organize for and hold Talent day programmes at least once a term which includes presentations like but not limited to Folk Songs, Poems, Stand-up Comedy, Drama, Dancing among others.
LEADERSHIP AND EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMME (LAMP) PROGRAMME
We offer our students with leadership and empowerment programmes whereby we invite speakers from different works of life to be able to teach, empower and motivate them. This has enabled our graduates to be wholly rounded individuals that are skilled, experienced and ready to develop their careers in their respective fields of study.
