Plumbing Installation and Repair
Students enrolled in intermediate plumbing classes gain a great deal of knowledge about pipes and pipe systems. Topics discussed include appliance and fixture installation, pipe sizing, pipe installation, installation techniques and pipe system repair. Plumbing classes of this level are taken after introductory coursework in plumbing.
Plumbing Lab
Students gain experience installing plumbing fixtures, wastes, drains, vents and water lines in this plumbing course. The hands-on experience provides the ability to apply the skills they’ve acquired in previous plumbing courses. Often, the lecture portion of this class covers state laws and regulations for plumbing, which allows students to practice using proper techniques from the beginning, although laws are different from state to state.

Career progression: upon completion, a student may proceed for diploma,higher national diploma,bachelor`s degree,masters and PHD in the same or related field
Entry requirement: KCSE mean grade-D(plain)
