The programme extends the knowledge obtained at Certificate Level and concentrates on providing students with the additional knowledge, skills and techniques required for the efficient management of hotel & catering operations.

Possible career opportunity: The graduates from the course can be employed as: any Catering and food dealers’ officers.

Career progression:upon completion,a student can proceed for bachelor`s degree,masters degree and PHD in the same field or related field
