Course Description

he course equips students with hands-on knowledge in all operational aspects of the Food and Beverage sector within the hospitality industry.  This is to provide students with a strong in-depth foundation of the industry sector required to manage a restaurant or food and beverage department.

Possible career opportunity: The graduates from the course can be employed in all food related firms.

Career progression:upon completion,a student can proceed for Diploma level, Higher Diploma,bachelor`s degree,masters degree and PHD in the same field or related field
Mode of study: Full time(Regular),part-time,weekend ,evening or Distant learning
Entry requirement: KCSE mean grade-D

Duration: 6 months per module

Exam body: KNEC

Modules: 2 modules
